JSB Journeys is a collaborative network of the best guides in the business and the finest travel designers, who team up to create one-off, experiential journeys. We’ll work with you to design a better, more enriching travel experience — one that goes beyond list-ticking, surface-level sightseeing.
We put plenty of thought and time into each and every trip we create. They are made-to-measure rather than off-the-rack. Because of this, we do charge a small per-person planning fee. But we promise you, just like a well-tailored suit, it’s worth the extra cost.
To craft the trip of your dreams, we want to get to know you and what sparks your passion. We only need 30-45 minutes for this stage. There’s no fee or obligation for this.
Next, you’ll receive a draft itinerary, complete with travel dates, hotels and experiences. Together, you and our experts will tailor the itinerary to outline the perfect trip. We’ll make adjustments and suggest activities and hotels as we refine the details.
If you’re happy with your draft itinerary, we can move forward with a proposal. We work diligently to get every detail right, so it may take up to 4 or 5 days. The proposal will detail your planned experiences and final pricing.
Now it’s time to start counting the days! You will receive your travel dossier full of exciting information one month before your departure.

For more than 15 years, Jean — a US native — has worked in the travel and hospitality industry, and has done stints managing luxury hotels as well as working in the wedding and travel-planning sectors. Her enduring passion for travel and life-long love affair with all things Latin America led her to create this boutique travel company. She now splits her time between Ecuador and the US.
With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Jean brings her knowledge and passion for Latin American culture to lead this unique team. She oversees the creation and design of your trip along with her wonderful collaborators.
We consider Ana the mother of Operations & Logistics. Based in Argentina, she oversees every detail of your trip to make sure it’s as perfect as you imagined.
Our Buenos Aires guru, Madi, knows everything about the one-of-a-kind Argentinian capital. A historian, Madi helps craft excellent itineraries for discerning clientele.
Jose is the mastermind behind your travel in the Patagonian city of Bariloche. Jose is a master whisky & beer connoisseur, and if you’re lucky, he might even surprise you with his bagpipe abilities.
Brian helps us create incredible journeys in Chile. From biking through vineyards to private dinners with local chefs, he's in charge of making all the magic happen in this beautiful country.
Based in Puerto Natales for most of the year, Fernando heads up the Adventure Team in southern Chilean Patagonia. Kayak amongst glacial icebergs? You got it! Private guide for a photographic journey? He's got the best spots!

“Peru was fantastic, The staff, from the drivers to the guides, were exceptional from the day we landed until the day we departed. Although we had a flight cancellation we felt very comfortable with no stress because of the professional staff and the way you all handled the situation.
