  • Day 1

    Arrival and journey to the heart of Chilean wine country

    After your arrival in Chile, you’ll be taken to the eastern end of Colchagua, one of Chile’s most prominent wine valleys. Soak up the views of the incredible landscapes on the way to your beautiful hotel.

  • Day 2

    Biking in the Colchagua Valley

    Now it’s time to head to Colchagua Valley, one of Chile’s most renowned wine regions. Taste full-bodied Carmeneres, racy Syrahs, and other exquisite wines. Pedal through vineyards on your way to 115-year-old Carmenere vines, where the winemakers have been crafting Bordeaux-style blends since the 19th century. You’ll then embark on a 9-mile bike ride to one of the area’s most respected wineries.  Enjoy a wine-pairing lunch before heading back to your hotel for the rest of the afternoon.

  • Day 3

    Coastal winds and wines

    On day 3 you’ll discover one of the most daring and innovative wineries in the country as you cruise along Ruta de Fruta towards the coastal San Antonio Valley. Taste award-winning gewürztraminers and sauvignon blanc, and have a delicious lunch at a winery tucked amongst hundreds of acres of vineyards. To top it all off, you’ll visit the mystical Isla Negra where  the famous poet, Pablo Neruda, lived. Tonight you’ll relax at your hotel in Algarrobo, Isla Negra’s quaint neighboring town.

      In a tranquil neighborhood dotted with trees, this elegant hotel is a 5-minute walk from Los Tubos Beach and 10 km from Casa Museo Isla Negra, the shiplike home and burial site of the poet Pablo Neruda.

  • Day 4

    Biking in Casablanca Valley

    Enjoy cycling over rolling hills as you stop by some of the finest wineries in the area. The coastal breeze, an ideal temperature for cool-climate reds and crisp whites, will be comforting as you bike through back roads and the town of Casablanca.

  • Day 5

    Discover the beauties of a World Heritage Site.

    Today you’ll discover Valparaiso, or Valpo as the locals call it. This bohemian and artsy town gives off great vibes and hosts wonderful architecture and culture. Sit down for lunch at a family-run restaurant that serves the best food in the area -- fresh and local.  You’ll then head back to Santiago, Chile’s vibrant capital.

  • Day 7

    Cooking with locals and adios, Chile

    Amble through Santiago's central market and buy fresh ingredients with your chef as you prepare to collaborate in cooking a traditional Chilean meal. Enjoy your day relaxing at this home at the foot of the looming mountains, sipping on freshly made pisco sours. In the afternoon you will take your flight back home.
