    December through April is the dry season. The dry season is also the high season as many snow birds make their escape to the tropics, and there is less rainfall.

  • Day 1

    Arrival in San Jose

    Today you arrive in Costa Rica! Your guide will take you to your downtown boutique hotel where you will spend your f­irst night of this journey.

  • Day 2

    Visit to a local Coffee Farm

    Land in the lush green Tarrazu coffee region to immerse yourself into the fascinating coffee making process at a family owned and run farm. Share lunch with local farmers and learn about the "Costa Rican Golden Bean". Soak up the views of the incredible landscapes on the way to your stunning accommodations.

  • Day 3

  • Day 4

    Bird Watching Adventures

    Early rise for a cloud forest bird watching adventure where you have the chance to  encounter with the beautiful resplendent Quetzal bird. Then, take a scenic ocean drive to Uvita that features extense beaches, lush tropical forests, exotic wildlife and beautiful refreshing waterfalls.

  • Day 5

    Hop on a boat to explore this Marine Park that contains islands, islets and sea caves where you may encounter 3 species of dolphins displaying acrobatics, and humback and pilot whales migrating to feed and mate. Observe pelagic birds, learn about the environment, and then gear up and jump in the water to explore coral and rock reefs where wonderful marine wildlife thrive.  

  • Day 6

    Arriving in Osa Peninsula

    Idyllic Osa Peninsula conserves the largest primary forest on the American Pacific coastline and features one of the few remaining sizeable areas of lowland tropical forests in the world. The abundance of wildlife as well as its ecological variety is so stunning that National Geographic has called it "the most biologically intense place on Earth". Check in at your stunning eco-lodge where luxury is living and breathing the jungle and relax the rest of the evening.
